AI Training · Vienna, International & remote

AI training that lands in daily work.

Most companies have AI tools. Few have teams that actually work differently because of them. My trainings start where your real work happens: at roles, processes and habits, not at features.

The problem

A tool licence does not change work. After rollout, two things tend to stall at once: the potential, because nobody anchors it in actual tasks, and the people, because uncertainty rarely gets talked about openly. AI competence does not come from a demo. It comes from practising on your own tasks, and from leadership that holds the change.

The offer

AI training for teams: hands-on, using your real tasks. What to delegate to AI, what deliberately not, and how to judge the output. Tool-agnostic, working with what you already use.

AI training for leaders: how AI changes roles and collaboration in your area, how to prioritise use cases, how to lead a team through the transition.

Why me

I did not discover AI when everyone started talking about it: in 2022 I introduced it in my own team at refurbed and learned what actually happens between tool and daily routine. Today I train teams through live sessions and e-learning with still. yet moving., teach the international Maven programme "Leading Teams Through AI Transformation", and bring a researcher's view from TU Wien on how technology really changes work. As a psychologist I know: the barrier is rarely the technology. It is usually the human in the system.

Scalable AI trainings and e-learning I develop together with still. yet moving. You will find programmes, live sessions and e-learning formats there in detail.

FAQ

Who is the training for?

Teams and leaders in organizations of any size. Formats differ: teams practise on their tasks, leaders work on roles, prioritisation and change.

Do participants need prior knowledge?

No. The trainings meet everyone where they are, from sceptical to enthusiastic. Scepticism deliberately gets room; it is usually the most important part.

Which AI tools do you train?

The ones you use or plan to introduce. The training is tool-agnostic by design: it is about ways of working and judgement, not menu navigation. Menus change monthly anyway.

How is this different from a vendor's tool training?

Vendor trainings show features. This is about your work: which tasks change, how quality stays assured, and how leadership carries the transition. Psychology and organizational development included.

Does it work remotely or as e-learning?

Yes. Workshops run on site or remote, in English or German. For scalable formats there are e-learning options.
