Head of PE, OE & HRBP · refurbed
From Senior People Development Manager to Head of PE, OE & HRBP through hypergrowth: around 250 employees in more than 30 countries. Introduced a remote-first strategy with office weeks that bring everyone together. Built an employee listening system: a monthly pulse survey (mood barometer) and a yearly evaluation of psychosocial strain at work. Built the refurbed Academy and established a leadership development program, rolled out OKRs as a change project, coached more than 70 leaders and employees, and ran team workshops and leadership trainings.
Psychologist & Trainer · Vienna vocational training center (JBBZ)
Four years of career and job coaching, training and organizational development: from burnout prevention and aptitude diagnostics to a 270-degree feedback tool I built myself. During the pandemic I moved teaching from classroom to remote. And I learned first-hand that development isn’t linear; it takes courage for detours.
Research & People Analytics · TU Wien and freelance
Researched flexible work models before they became standard, and measured their impact in practice as a people analytics consultant, among others for Siemens, RICOH and the Austrian Chamber of Labour. Measuring what new ways of working really change.
12+ years · Personal assistance
Supported an IT manager with a physical disability. Thanks to him I learned how fundamental autonomy, technical innovation and real inclusion are in working life.
Studies · University of Vienna and TU Wien
Mag. in Psychology and postgraduate specialization in management sciences. This is where I learned my craft, later refined through further training and qualifications.

I believe in systemic thinking, and that resistance carries valuable information. And I believe you are the expert on your own life. My job is to create the frame in which development becomes possible.
Moving together
For me, coaching is collaboration at eye level: I bring structure, hypotheses and questions from a systemic perspective. Together we develop viewpoints that feel right and safe for you. Your context belongs in the room: relationships, roles, everyday life. That’s how we find solutions that truly fit you and your situation.
Steps that fit you
There’s no standard recipe. We adapt every step to you and your situation. Meaningful change rarely comes from a big upheaval; it comes from finding the right points to shift: small adjustments in how you deal with yourself and others. Those are what open the room for new growth and movement.
Thinking in systems
Nothing you experience stands on its own. Doubts, signals and blockers often only make sense when you look at the bigger whole. We look at the patterns that have prevented change so far, and find the places where real change becomes possible.
Activating inner allies
Every part of you has a reason for being there, even the inner critic or the voice that seems to slow you down. Instead of fighting them, we ask what they’re really after. That often produces surprising solutions: inner resistance becomes energy for your way forward.
