AI Coaching for Senior Leaders
Work with AI and decide with confidence.
1:1, confidential, on your own tasks, on your own computer. What is often missing is technical know-how, and someone who thinks it through with you, shows you, stays patient and works at your pace.
What this often looks like
- You’re expected to make AI decisions and approve budgets, but you can’t judge for yourself what IT, consultants and vendors tell you.
- You expect your team to be AI-literate while barely using it yourself. People notice.
- What’s missing is someone who takes the time, explains calmly and thinks it through with you, without the jargon.
- You notice that others have gotten faster, and you’re not sure why.
How we work
- Your pace: No prior knowledge needed. We work as fast as suits you.
- Your tasks: Board materials, decision prep, communication, analysis. We work on what’s actually on your desk.
- At your office: In Vienna, I’m happy to come to you. We work on your computer, with your systems and your access. That way, you practice exactly where you’ll keep working afterward.
- Show, do, repeat: I show you, you do it, until it sticks.
- The small moves: Tips and shortcuts on your computer and with AI that make work noticeably faster and never show up in a manual.
- Think it through first: AI as a sparring partner, to test decisions, arguments and blind spots before you act.
- Confidential: What we discuss stays between us. Including where you stand today.
Outcome
- You judge AI topics yourself.
- You use AI daily in your work and save time.
- You’re credible when you push the topic in your organization.
- You have your own view on where AI helps, and where it doesn’t.
Why me
I am a psychologist (University of Vienna) and a systemic coach (ISO 17024 certified). As Head of People & Organizational Development at refurbed, I led through hypergrowth and introduced AI in my own team in 2022. Today I train teams and leaders on using AI with still. yet moving. and teach the international Maven program “Leading Teams Through AI Transformation.” At TU Wien, I researched new ways of working. The barrier is rarely the technology. It is usually the human in the system.
Voices
“Alessandro is the person I go to when I get stuck on a problem, or when I feel I need another brain to think certain things through. He’s always so patient and loves to help. He’s also the one person who will know new tools or innovations that are out there to make life easier.”
“What I love most about Alessandro is how safe and easy it feels to work with him. He is incredibly grounded and brings these wonderful, practical tools into the conversation without ever being pushy. He has this beautiful, gentle way of helping you see your own blind spots, even the ones you try to hide from yourself. He is just a wonderful human and a truly brilliant coach.”
“Alessandro is one of the most delightful people and most experienced Coaches I had the pleasure of working with in my career.”

FAQ
Do I need prior experience?
No. We start wherever you are.
Which tools do we use?
Whichever ones you and your organization use or plan to introduce. The coaching is tool-agnostic by design.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope: single sessions or a package spanning several weeks. In the free, no-obligation intro call, we clarify your topic, the right setup and the fee.
Is the coaching confidential?
Fully. Even when your company pays for it, what we discuss stays between us. What the company learns is agreed transparently among all three of us in advance.
Where does the coaching take place?
In Vienna, I’m happy to come to your office, so we can work with your systems and access. Remote works just as well. Many combine both: the first sessions on site to set everything up, then remote as part of your regular routine.
Coaching or training?
Training delivers content to groups. Here, it’s the two of us working on your tasks.
