Head of PE, OE & HRBP · refurbed
From Senior People Development Manager to Head of PE, OE & HRBP through hypergrowth: around 250 employees in more than 30 countries. Introduced a remote-first strategy with office weeks that bring everyone together. Built an employee listening system: a monthly pulse survey (mood barometer) and a yearly evaluation of psychosocial strain at work. Built the refurbed Academy and established a leadership development program, rolled out OKRs as a change project, coached more than 70 leaders and employees, and ran team workshops and leadership trainings.

Four years of career and job coaching, training and organizational development: from burnout prevention and aptitude diagnostics to a 270-degree feedback tool I built myself. During the pandemic I moved teaching from classroom to remote. And I learned first-hand that development isn’t linear; it takes courage for detours.

Researched flexible work models before they became standard, and measured their impact in practice as a people analytics consultant, among others for Siemens, RICOH and the Austrian Chamber of Labour. Measuring what new ways of working really change.

Supported an IT manager with a physical disability. Thanks to him I learned how fundamental autonomy, technical innovation and real inclusion are in working life.
